SHIPPING
All orders are package very discreetly in padded envelopes with heat sealed sachets inside, no mention of products names or the website name on the out side of the packages.
We ship to all countries including USA, Australia and New Zealand. We ship orders from multiple warehouses: China and some cases from EU, USA. Depending on what you want to order and where to send, as well as stock availability, we will offer shipping from the optimal warehouse.
We can ship via Registered Airmail, EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL. We mostly ship by EMS as we think its more safe but we also respect customers request . For wholesale orders >10kg we can use shipping in container from China port.
We provide tracking numbers for all orders paid for. You will receive tracking number for your package within 2 days after we confirm payment for your order.
SHIPPING COST:
All our prices include shipping cost(for regular shipping). And if you want to receive your order faster than the regular shipping time, you will have to pay an extra fee for express shipping and this amount depends on the shipping courier used.

RESHIPMENT POLICY:
We are very confident of our discreet packaging, and we rarely loose packages to customs, but we all know there must always be unforeseen circumstances, but we can guarantee you 80% safe delivery for your order.
In case of seizure of your package by customs(We normally wait 15 days before we can consider a package being seized);
– If seized by departure customs, the total quantity of your order is reshipped to you with
no payment requested from you.
– If seized by destination customs, you are required to make payment for half the total
cost of your order and we reship the total quantity of your order to you(We share he
